PHOTOSCAPE...my New Favorite Toy!! It is FREE and EASY TO USE!! It's a photo editing software that makes collages like the one above. Seriously, it took less than 5 minutes to make this, first time ever playing with the program. That includes scrolling thru all the fun frame choices. Doesn't get any better than that!!!
